If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt, to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you have 14 working days to return the products ordered for reimbursement at your expense.
You can then choose to exchange this item for another, or to obtain a full refund of the amount you paid for this item (excluding delivery costs and processing costs for payment by credit card).
Whichever solution you choose, incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items are not refunded or exchanged. Likewise, returns are only accepted if the products have their original label still attached and the protective sticker which ensures the hygiene of the bottom of the swimsuit.
If you have chosen to obtain a refund, we will send you an email to confirm the processing of your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges only concern items of different sizes. If you wish to return your product for a different one (color, model, etc.), this is a refund procedure and then a new purchase.
To proceed with returns, you must inform us by e-mail at contact@iodus.fr indicating your contact details, your order number, and the references of the items ordered.
We will then refund the price of the Product, excluding shipping and return costs, within 14 days of the date on which you exercised your right of cancellation The refund will be made to the card you used to place your order.
To proceed with returns, it is necessary to put the item back in its original packaging with all accessories, taking care to protect it properly, and return it to us, along with the packing slip, to the address next :

We remind you that the cost of returning the items remains your responsibility, except in the event that we have delivered an item to you in error or if the item in question is damaged or defective.
Any order not received must be declared by the customer within a maximum period of 60 working days from exceeding the maximum period indicated for the delivery of products by email to contact@iodus.fr.
Upon receipt of the email declaration of non-receipt of the order, IODUS will proceed to an investigation with the carrier concerned.
