Definitions and Scope
“Customer(s)” refers to the Internet user(s) browsing the website iodus.fr and making an online purchase of product(s) for personal use.
“Product(s)” refers to swimwear, accessories, and all items offered for sale on the Internet e-commerce site accessible at the address iodus.fr.
“Online Store” refers to the Internet e-commerce site accessible via the Internet at the address iodus.fr offering for sale swimwear and any other IODUS article.
“General Terms and Conditions of Sale” refer to these general terms and conditions of sale of products on the site.

Article 2.
Acceptance of Orders
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to check your selection as well as the total price of your order (including delivery charges) and correct any possible input errors.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these general conditions.
For any order you submit to us, we will send you an order confirmation email stating the number of your order and the details of the products ordered.
Any order will be accepted by IODUS, except in cases provided for in these general conditions (for example: unavailability of a product, payment problem).
For your first order, you will need to register and complete the fields on the order form. We will ask you to use identifiers and passwords, or any other means, to access certain areas of our online store, such as the “my account” section of the online store. It will be your responsibility to constantly maintain the security and confidentiality of your access code.
You must comply with all of our security instructions and rules and inform us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your access code, or if your access code is made available to unauthorized third parties. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend your access to the online store without liability if we believe it is necessary to take such action to ensure the security of the online store.
IODUS reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason, particularly related to the abnormal nature of the order.
If certain swimwear or other products displayed in our online store are not available, display an incorrect price, or if their description is incorrect, we will not be obligated to sell them to you. We will inform you in case of unavailability of the ordered products.
Only the products that have been sent to you will be invoiced to you (delivery charges included).
Although we strive to accurately represent the colors of our products in the online store, we cannot guarantee that their actual appearance exactly matches their appearance on the screen.
To obtain information on the tracking of your orders, you can contact customer service by email, customer.service@iodus.fr, or by phone (+33) 05 34 60 85 88 from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Article 3.
Price
All prices in the online store are in euros and are inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery charges.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the prices in the online store. But an error may occur and the price of certain products may be incorrect. If the correct price of a product is lower than that indicated in the online store, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price of a product is higher than that indicated in the online store, we will contact you and ask if you maintain the order at the correct price or if you cancel it (in which case we will confirm the cancellation). We will not be obliged to provide you with products whose price is incorrect.
IODUS may change the prices indicated on the Internet site of the online store at any time and without notice. However, the prices thus modified will only apply to new orders and not to those that have already been accepted.
Article 4.
Payment Terms and Payment Methods
The total amount of your order will correspond to the purchase prices of the products, including delivery charges.
Payment for purchases is made using the secure payment solution 3D-Secure. You can pay for your purchases with Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
You must provide your bank details when placing an order. You also confirm that the credit card you are using is indeed yours.
All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the issuing organization. If this organization refuses payment authorization, we will not accept your order. In such a case, we will not be liable for any delay or refusal of delivery and will not be required to inform you of the reason for this refusal. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your issuing organization or your bank for payment by credit card for your order.
Article 5.
Invoicing
We reserve the right to issue electronic invoices, and you accept this type of invoicing.
As the electronic invoice constitutes proof of purchase, we recommend that you save and print this document for future reference.
Article 6.
Delivery, property rights and risks
The swimsuits and products will be delivered to the delivery address you indicated on the order form. We will not be held responsible if the address is incorrect.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes. The delivery of swimwear purchased in our online store may be subject to territorial restrictions.
We will provide you with a list of delivery areas upon request. See below.
Your order will be delivered within 7 working days. For this purpose, please note that a business day is a day on which French banks are open, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
If we have failed to deliver your order within the time period specified above, your sole remedy against us is your right to cancel the order in question and receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us for the order.
The transfer of ownership of the Products is realized on the date of delivery of the Products to the address that you have indicated to us.
Once you have received the product, you assume all risk of damage or loss of the product.
In the presence of an apparent anomaly of the parcel (in particular damaged parcel, opened parcel, traces of liquid, etc?), the purchaser or the recipient of the ordered products should not open the parcel but is invited to bring it back unopened within five working days in a post office or to refuse it in the presence of the deliverer.
The opening of the aforementioned parcel excludes any recourse to the carrier (La Poste, Chronopost, …). The buyer or recipient is also invited to report the problem encountered to iodus.fr by contacting customer service via contact@iodus.fr
In the case of multiple orders, we reserve the right to deliver the products separately (each partial delivery being deemed to constitute a separate contract) or to deliver only part of the order.
The online store provides delivery of orders to the following areas:

The costs of standard delivery (delivery in relay point or domicille) are offered for the Metropolitan France and Europe for any order of an amount higher than 150€.

Article 7.
Return of swimwear and products
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you have 14 clear days to return at your expense the products ordered for refund.
You can then choose to exchange this item for another, or get a full refund of the amount you paid for this item (excluding shipping and handling fees for credit card payments).
Regardless of which option you choose, incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded or exchanged. Also, returns are only accepted if the products have their original label still attached, and the protective sticker that ensures the hygiene of the bottom of the swimsuit.
If you have chosen to receive a refund, we will send you an email to confirm the processing of your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are only for items of different sizes. If you wish to return your product for a different one (color, model, etc.), it is a refund procedure and then a new purchase.
To proceed with returns, you must inform us by e-mail at contact@iodus.fr indicating your contact information, your order number, and the references of the items ordered.
We will then refund the price of the Product, excluding shipping and return costs, within 14 days of the date you exercised your right of cancellation. The refund will be made to the card you used to place your order.
To proceed with the returns, it is necessary to replace the item in its original packaging with all accessories, making sure to protect it properly, and to return it to us, along with the packing slip, to the following address :

We remind you that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items, except in the case where we have delivered an item by mistake or if the item in question is damaged or defective.
Any order not received must be declared by the customer within a maximum of 60 working days from the exceeding of the maximum time indicated for the delivery of the products by e-mail to contact@iodus.fr.
As soon as we receive the email declaring the non-receipt of the order, IODUS will proceed to an investigation with the concerned carrier.
Article 8.
Intellectual Property

Consequently, IODUS declines all responsibility:

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present general conditions, and all transactions relating to the online store, are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
